We maintain very close relationships with Sean McGowan and Stephen Buhlman and strongly believe in the need for our clients to use their services and maintain a focus on their wealth goals moving forward. However, we believe that by honing in on our accounting services, WLM can deliver unparalleled services and allows the leadership team to focus exclusively on running an exceptional accounting practice. We were also delighted to welcome James Coles as a director from July 1st. James began his journey with us as a graduate, and it's incredibly gratifying to see him rise to the highest level. This progression exemplifies our unwavering commitment to staff development and highlights our employees' dedication to achieving excellence. Embracing technology remains a top priority. We continue to enhance our client portal using Karbon software, aiming to make it as user-friendly as possible. This tool is crucial for safeguarding your information and ensuring transparency in the documentation and information collection process. Artificial Intelligence is also an area we are paying particular attention to, both in how it can improve the efficiency of our internal workflows and how it may be able to help our clients. My personal hope is that it will allow us to have more forward looking conversations with clients by making the task of financial forecasting an ultra efficient process based on trends it is seeing in your industry and how the business has performed in the past. If AI can get to where we want it to, we expect WLM to become much more of an advisory service and less of a compliance service. This is a better outcome for the client and makes the work more interesting for our staff. You may also notice some changes to our website! We are currently in the testing phase and getting ready to launch our new website in the new year, with an aim to better showcase our firm's specialties and future focus. As we look ahead to 2025, our goal is to grow sustainably, creating opportunities for our staff to develop into future directors and shareholders. Finally, I would like to thank our clients for another year of supporting WLM we greatly value the relationship we have with each of you.
